Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using Okuridashinavi (the "Site"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Site is a directory that provides an information point of contact between Japanese receiving organizations (registered support organizations, supervising organizations, receiving companies, etc.) and Indonesian sending organizations (LPK, etc.). It does not engage in job placement or brokering.

Basic information about listed organizations is based on the "List of Foreign Government-Approved Sending Organizations" published by the Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT). Supplementary information (website, social media, job categories, etc.) comes from independent research by the operator or is entered by the listed organization itself.

The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of listed information. Before making any decision to contract or partner with an organization, always verify directly with the organization and with official public materials.

Sending organizations may claim their own page and, after verification by the operator, manage its content. False claims and impersonation of another organization are prohibited.

The operator may request additional documentation to verify a claim and may decline to approve a claim.

Paid plan contents and prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed through a payment provider (Midtrans).

Fees are, in principle, paid in advance, and no prorated refunds are given for cancellation partway through a billing period. If payment continues to fail, the operator may suspend paid features.

The following actions are prohibited when using the Site: violating any law or public order and morals; posting false information; impersonating another person or organization; bulk-collecting (scraping) listed data for redistribution; interfering with the operation of the Site; and using the contact form to send unsolicited sales spam.

The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, or from contact or contracts made with organizations through the Site, except where caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site without prior notice.

The operator may amend these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For any dispute relating to the Site, the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
