Data Handling & Removal Requests

Basic organization information (name, location, OTIT approval number, approval date) is based on the Indonesia edition of the "List of Foreign Government-Approved Sending Organizations," published by the Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT).

Supplementary information such as website, social media, job categories, and year established comes from research of publicly available information, or is entered by the organization itself through the dashboard.

The Site believes it serves the public interest for receiving organizations to be able to check information on officially approved organizations, and therefore lists every approved organization. Listings are organization-level; we do not publish individual personal profiles.

Any individual representative's name, phone number, or email address contained in OTIT's published materials is not shown on public pages.

If any listed content is incorrect, or if you would like to correct or remove information about your organization, please tell us the following through the contact form: (1) the organization's name and OTIT approval number, (2) the specific content in question, (3) the action you would like taken, and (4) your relationship to the organization.

After verifying your identity (confirming you represent the organization), we will respond within 10 business days as a general rule. Basic information based on public materials (organization name, approval number, etc.) may not be removable unless the source itself is updated; in such cases, we will instead remove or hide the supplementary information.

Once you claim your page, you can edit your listing content — such as your profile description and photos — directly from the dashboard. Claiming is free.
