The Site collects the following information: (1) company name, name, contact details, and message content entered in the contact form; (2) the email address used to log in and any verification documents submitted when claiming a page; and (3) usage data for access analytics (Vercel Analytics, in a form that does not identify individuals).

Information we collect is used to forward inquiries to the relevant organization, verify claims, bill paid plans, operate and improve the Site, and send important notices.

Listed organization information on the Site is based on materials published by the Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT). Any individual representative's name, phone number, or email address contained in those published materials is not shown on public pages; it is used only to verify identity during the claim process and for communication from the operator.

The Site strives to operate in keeping with the intent of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP 27/2022).

Inquiry content is forwarded to the organization it is addressed to. Other than as required by law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties without the individual's consent.

Payment processing uses Midtrans, email delivery uses Resend, and hosting uses Vercel; each service processes data only to the extent required.

Personal information is stored in an access-controlled environment and is accessible only to personnel who need it for their work. Information is deleted within a reasonable period once it has served its purpose.
